Management is supportive: atropine, isoproterenol or pacing for bradycardia, vasopressors for hypotension, glucagon for heart failure, beta-2 stimulants for bronchospasm, and hemodialysis because the drug is renally eliminated. Contact local poison control or medical toxicology per facility protocol.
